Alisa McDevitt’s energetic spirit and love of San Francisco make her the best choice for your next venture in buying or selling. Beginning in public relations and with sales experience in the technology and hospitality industries, Alisa understands the need for distinctive real estate representation. As a full-time agent her approach to real estate is focused around getting to know her clients on a personal level and providing guidance through the buying and selling process from start to finish. She believes there is no place like home and the ability to provide for your family and future through wise home purchases and sales is priceless.

Alisa’s real estate experience includes residential sales and leasing. A licensed realtor since 2004, she has experienced the ups and downs of the market while maintaining her integrity and a sense of humor. The real estate industry has changed dramatically since she began her career and she has kept her knowledge current, completing training in selling short sales and REOs as well as helping clients sell and buy these types of properties.

A San Francisco Bay Area native, Alisa has spent most of her life exploring its numerous diverse regions and appreciating everything the Bay Area has to offer. Some of her favorite places to visit include Land’s End, Tilden Park in the Berkeley hills, the Sonoma Valley Wine Country and Stinson Beach. Alisa loves to travel and her recent trips include Mexico, Manhattan, Italy, Greece and Thailand. She enjoys being active in her running group and doing yoga, finding new restaurants, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Alisa’s Testimonials

Alisa spent weeks searching for the perfect home for me. I made her show me several homes with criteria changing constantly and she always showed up with a smile and eager to help. After two months we were finally able to locate the perfect property at the right price. She even managed to get the property for me when we were not the highest offer on it. Her top qualities: great results, personable, high integrity.
—F. Gordon, hired Alisa as a Real Estate Agent in 2009

I would absolutely recommend Alisa for any real estate related service. From leasing to brokering a deal, Alisa has always maintained her professional nature while at the same time keeping a lighthearted and warm relationship with her clients. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
—Dino Riggio, Broker, Area Pro Realty East Bay

Myself and my wife were looking for our first home when we came across Alisa. From day 1 she was very professional and more than flexible with our constant changes in what we were looking for. No matter what time day or night she was only a phone call or email away with an answer or reassurance that we would find the home we wanted.  She takes a personal interest in what you are looking for and that’s a service you cannot buy at any cost. I would recommend Alisa to all my friends and family and hope to work with her again in the future.
—Dave Murphy, Hired Alisa as a Real Estate Agent in 2010
