Bill bought his first San Francisco loft after moving his design and marketing business from Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1997. It wasn’t long before Bill decided to harness his experience with design and technology collaboration, with his new-found passion: working with people buying and selling real estate in San Francisco.

“We met Bill at an open house while looking for a condo in South Beach. Our situation was challenging for a number of reasons. First, we had a huge laundry list of things we wanted in a property. Second, we needed to use a VA loan, which is complicated and extremely rare in San Francisco. For condos, the property has to be approved by the VA (which takes months) and none in the city are. Bill nailed the property immediately. It had everything that we asked for. We wouldn’t have to compromise on anything. Bill then submitted the VA paperwork and we waited. Less than two months later the property was approved and two units were for sale. Bill filled out the paperwork for us and helped us come up with an offer which was fair and we hoped would be accepted. Living in downtown San Francisco is like being on permanent vacation. Simply riding a bike to the farmers market, I hear multiple languages, pass through micro-climates, and experience amazingly diverse food choices.
