“Honestly there are not enough good things that I could say to fully describe our experience with Courtney. Her knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills are as good as it gets and we are thrilled to have had her representing us for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. Courtney had all the right connections and local knowledge to sell our home in less than a week, yep, we met with her on Saturday and our house was sold by Thursday. She was extraordinary throughout the process keeping us continually in the loop throughout and serving as a tough negotiator on our behalf getting us well above asking price for our home. Not only did she do an incredible job selling our home but at the same time she worked around our schedules to show us new homes. Ultimately she helped us purchase our new home and used all of her tricks to win over multiple other offers even though our bid was not the highest! Our new home is perfect for us and we owe everything to Courtney for guiding us though the tangled and complicated path of selling and buying a home. Courtney went above and beyond by recommending an affordable and competent handyman, putting us in touch with what I believe is one of the best lenders in the industry, and even setting us up with a fantastic farmers representative for our home insurance. Every single aspect was top notch and I feel like the team she had working for us were the best of the best. Courtney will no doubt be our realtor for as long as we live in this area, and will continue be our friend long after if we leave. I told you, not enough good things to say. The last thing I will say is, Thank you Courtney!”

“I would highly recommend Courtney! We used her as our buying agent and just scored our first home and let me tell you – at our budget in this crazy market that was no small feat! She guided us toward a great lender that was able to keep us competitive and helped us write a really clean, competitive offer that eventually got us our home. We were (more than) a little shocked about the nature of the market (especially as first time buyers) when we first started looking and there was a definite learning curve but Courtney was patient with us and responsive to our concerns and needs. After a false start looking in the late spring/summer we started looking again in fall and had closed on our home about a month and a half after beginning to look again. Courtney was in close communication with everyone involved in the sale throughout the entire closing process and was helpful in quelling all our concerns. We bought a house! Couldn’t be happier.”

” I had Courtney at my home on a Friday afternoon and we decided on a sales strategy. My house was in the middle of renovations when my wife was transferred so it was not done when I decided to sell it. She told me the things I should do to make the house the best it could be for viewing and had a house cleaner, carpet cleaner and home inspector scheduled on Monday to have one in each of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and I left the house in her hands as of Thursday. Friday the house went on the market. Sunday she held an open house. Did a second showing on Tuesday and called for offers on Wednesday of which we received 6, all above asking price. We took a cash offer with a 7 day close and had our money the morning of the 7th day. I really do not think it could have gone any easier and Courtney was there to explain all the processes and to keep up on the process through the whole thing. I was in Livermore, a bit outside her normal area, but since I had been referred to her from someone she had helped by a house a few years earlier she was more than willing to work with me and was at the house as much as she needed to be to make the sale happen and keep me from loosing my mind during the process. I will definitely be recommending her to others and really wished I could have her help me look for a new house in my new location. Give her a call, she can help you too!”

“Courtney did a fantastic job with the selling of my house! She made a lot of very good recommendations for different contractors to work with. She also really seemed to be in touch with the East Bay and the market. I would highly recommend Courtney for both helping with buying or selling. She’s representing me to buy my next place and is one of the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!”

“My husband and I worked with Courtney and Kenny from Climb to sell our first home and we had a great experience. They advised us on the minor updates we needed to make to get top dollar, and were always available for us when we were out and about selecting woods/paints/etc. We are very busy and techy people so we appreciated the fact that we were able to do 90% of this work via text message – and we would always get immediate response. Most importantly though, they helped sell our townhouse while it was under a very complex litigation that ultimately scared many buyers away. Regardless of the fact, we still got over asking and it closed quickly. We highly recommend them.”

“I recently had the pleasure of having Courtney Cohan as my Realtor during my hone purchase. She performed phenomenally! What can I say? In a market with little to no inventory where buyers were paying $30-40,000 over asking for my price range, she got me into a home that was perfect for my needs, in a location that I wanted, for $10,000 under asking. She was always making suggestions and adjustments that allowed me to hone in on exactly what I wanted in the price range that I could afford. Also, after the close, she was extremely present in my transition to the new place. She did not just walk away after the sale. She kept checking up on me to make sure things were going well, and provided help in locating contractors and even furniture sources to help me make the home comfortable without costing me an arm and a leg. She even helped me with redecorating suggestions when I asked. BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER!”

“Courtney was our agent with the purchase of a condo. She was very professional and personable. She has extensive knowledge about the Berkeley realestate market. Our questions and concerns were always answered in a timely manner. It was a short escrow however no details were overlooked due to time restraints. Also,Courtney has been consistently responsive and helpful during the past nine months following the transaction. We highly recommend her and will use her services again in any future transactions.”

“Courtney did a fantastic job selling my house. We called her at 7:30 and she had the paperwork ready to go that evening. She is efficient and she knows the bay area well. She guided us every step of the way and got us a great deal on our home. I highly recommend her.”

“Courtney did a fantastic job for us, proposing listing/viewing strategies that got us a buyer, and much more than our asking price, and a closed deal in record time. She went far beyond what any other realtor has ever done for us, and kept us fully informed every step of the way, making the whole process a total pleasure. I could not recommend her more highly.”

“Courtney is an amazing realtor. She was well informed about our neighborhood, developed the right selling strategy they first time and ensured there was enough traffic through the house during all open houses. This resulted in a fast sale with multiple offers and she negotiated me a sale price substantially over asking. I can’t recommend her enough!”

“Courtney far exceeded my expectations. I’ve never worked with an agent that was so dedicated (high attention to detail), optimistic and yet very professional. She was well prepared for our intro meeting and made am extra effort to make the process as smooth as possible. She worked very hard to market my home and came in at our targeted price. My family and I intend to use her services for all our future real estate transactions.”
