Eugene was born and raised in the New York City area and moved to the Bay Area in 1991 where he attended UC Berkeley and earned a degree in Rhetoric. From there he worked as a paralegal and worked his way through Golden Gate School of Law. After earning his law degree, he decided to forgo the traditional law firm path and consulted for Fortune 500 wireless companies such as Sprint, AT&T Wireless, and Nextel. He advised his clients on site acquisition for building their wireless infrastructures and negotiated the lease and purchase terms with the commercial property owners. While he enjoyed working in a corporate setting, his mind and heart gravitated towards working in the residential property market. So he took his work experience, legal background, and great enthusiasm and hit the ground running.
Eugene lives with his best friend and lovely wife, Cindy, and their rambunctious lab, Chance. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, cooking/eating, and running.
“Eugene is a great resource in this crazy SF real estate market. He was incredibly helpful and easy to work with during my recent condo purchase. Somehow he worked some magic with the seller’s agent to the point where they accepted my offer, which was a tad under the highest offer. He’s up to speed with current technology and communicates well through email, text, Facebook, and whatever. On top of all this, he’s a great guy who loves great food!”

“Eugene Pak was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of purchasing our new home. In my opinion Eugene is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of local real estate and was always available to me throughout the entire sometimes turbulent process of finding the perfect home. Eugene proved invaluable during the bidding process (he writes a great cover letter) and his interpersonal skills were the eventual deciding factor in our successful home purchase. As a first-time home buyer, I may have needed a little more hand holding than the average client, but Eugene was patient and invaluable throughout. Simply said, I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone seeking a to purchase a home in the Bay Area.”

“I sold my first ever property, a condo in San Francisco, with the help of Eugene Pak. I first contacted Eugene while living abroad. He was a good fit for me from the very beginning. He was proactive without being pushy. He explained everything to me in detail, answered all my questions fully and patiently, and managed the whole process while I was abroad, including painting, minor repairs, and staging. I felt confident throughout the process that I was being taken care of. When I arrived in SF, I met with him, and I observed firsthand his deep knowledge of the SF real estate market. I also liked his professionalism and ethics in managing the offers and getting the best deal possible while being fair overall. Thank you Eugene! You made the whole process seamless and a pleasure for a first-time seller.”

What do you love about San Francisco real estate?
San Francisco is the epitome of "big things come in small packages." I love how there's so much to do, the diverse food scene...just the overall beauty of the city.
