first daylight or our dog, Chance, pawing me to wake up.

Perfect Day:
cup of good coffee, going for a run with Chance in Golden Gate Park, hanging out with Cindy (wife) and friends and cooking for them.

First Job:
In elementary school, I mowed neighbor's lawns in the summer and shoveled snow in the winter.

Super Hero Power:
being able to fly or teleportation (so I can avoid airports).

Favorite SF Neighborhood:
Inner Mission/Mission Dolores: great vibe, great food, fun people watching.

Inspiration:
Cindy - she makes me a better person, people who overcome extraordinary circumstances, strong yet humble people, people who sacrifice so much for others.

In a challenging and complicated real estate market like San Francisco, Eugene's experience, negotiation skills and legal background have proven to be a great asset for his clients. Combined with his keen sense of market value and quick thinking Eugene successfully helped his clients sell and buy their properties. His real estate transactions range from tenancy-in-common partnerships (TICS), residential income buildings, to high-end luxury condominiums and single family homes. He also specializes in working with foreign national buyers and is also a Equator Gold Certified Short Sale Specialist. With all of his clients, Eugene's approach to each client is always the same: listen, communicate consistently, work tirelessly on behalf of his clients. All this translates into making the transaction as smooth as possible and most importantly, obtaining the best price possible.

As the saying goes "two heads are better than one." In 2004, Eugene partnered with Jack Su forming a productive relationship broadening their range of skills and attention while maintaining the highest standards of service for their clients. Both Eugene and Jack’s clients have benefited from this partnership with constant access to their team of agents and their years of expertise.

Eugene is an active leader in the real estate community. He is a director for the California Association of Realtors and chairs various committees for the San Francisco Association of Realtors. He also serves as a director for a number of boards including the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the Korean American Chamber of Commerce.

Eugene was born and raised in the New York city area and moved to the Bay Area in 1991 where he attended UC Berkeley and earned a degree in Rhetoric. From there worked as a paralegal and worked his way through Golden Gate School of Law. After earning his law degree, he decided to forgo the traditional law firm path and consulted Fortune 500 wireless companies such as Sprint, AT&T Wireless and Nextel. He advised his clients on site acquisition for building their wireless infrastructures and negotiated the lease and purchase terms with the commercial property owners. While he enjoyed working in a corporate setting, his mind and heart gravitated towards working in the residential property market. So, in 2002, he took his work experience, legal background and great enthusiasm and hit the ground running.

Eugene lives with his best friend and lovely wife, Cindy, and their rambunctious lab, Chance. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, cooking and spending time with family and friends. His favorite charity is Habitat for Humanity, as he believes there is no feeling like owning your own home in which to raise your family. That is a feeling he wishes all could enjoy.
