Joe Han is the Chief Growth Officer for Climb Real Estate, bringing extensive experience in recruiting top real estate talent and growing revenue. Formerly he was CEO/Team Leader/Managing Broker (2003-2016) of the Cupertino, California office of Keller Williams Realty, Inc., and was instrumental in leading Keller Williams Cupertino to become the largest real estate office in Silicon Valley with over 350 agents.
Joe is passionate about helping his agents become successful business owners, as evidenced by his success in recruiting numerous top agents to Keller Williams Cupertino. Joe earned several prestigious awards at Keller Williams, including the Black Belt recruiting award (awarded to approximately 10 people annually) for 3 consecutive years and recognition as a Top 20 recruiter out of Keller Williams’ 700+ nationwide offices. During his tenure at Keller William Cupertino, Joe was also directly responsible for helping his office increase sales volumes over a short three-year span from $250 million to $900 million, representing an increase in owner profits of 400%.
An accomplished real estate broker himself, Joe also placed in the top 10% of realtors in Santa Clara County from 2003 through 2012. Joe has served as a President for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA)-Silicon Valley (2012-2013) and National Board Member in 2013. Joe has also served as a board of directors for Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR) from 2010-2012.
Prior to his real estate career, Joe was a consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and provided tax advice to wealth management companies. Joe was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, listening to music, and playing and watching sports. He obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and currently resides with his family in Belmont, California.
