He services buyers and sellers through; a thorough assessment of their circumstances, affordability and goals; exhaustive research on the available alternatives for a clients' needs; diligent process monitoring and persistent follow-up among all parties to the transaction to ensure timely closings, satisfied customers and referrals. By focusing on the details of a transaction, and guiding the process, he allows his clients to manage the adjustments to their lives, without the added stress of the transaction.

In 2005, Joshua founded an independent brokerage in Huntington Beach which focused on buyer representation. Prior to that, he worked for 7 years in mortgage lending, placing hundreds of loans and over $60m in commercial and residential loan transactions with Finance Direct, in Irvine, CA. He received his Bachelors degree in Political Science, and a minor in Philosophy, from the California State University, Fullerton. He has traveled throughout Europe, North and South America and enjoys cooking, wine tasting, and snowboarding in Lake Tahoe.
