In 2005, Joshua founded an independent brokerage in Southern California which represented buyers and sellers in a wildly fluctuating market. Prior to that, he worked in mortgage lending, wine sales and distribution, and sports marketing for ESPN, T-Mobile, and the NBA. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy from California State University, Fullerton. He has traveled throughout Europe and the Americas and loves live music, snowboarding, and his two dogs. He lives in Potrero Hill with his wife, Ariel, and their sweet baby James.
