“Josh sold my condo in a week! He was knowledgeable, collaborative, has the connections to start the process quickly and has a high degree of integrity. Josh collaborated with me on the strategy and tactics. For example, he coordinated and managed staging, hired a professional photographer who took great pictures, and created a beautiful brochure, etc. and ensured my approval before launch.
Josh developed relationships with the interested parties and was steadfast in his commitments before, during, and after the sale. He was responsive and kept me informed on all key events.
My experience with Josh is that he is a highly skilled agent who operates with integrity.”
“Josh was our agent for buying a home over the past year that we’ve been looking. It hasn’t been easy as we dragged our feet and were extremely particular about what we wanted and what neighborhood it had to be in. Josh helped us throughout and kept us positive in a tough market.
When we finally made an offer, Josh was there day in and day out making sure all of the mortgage info was in order, making sure the home was in good shape and making sure all of the contingencies were met in a timely fashion. We love the new house and are extremely grateful that Josh helped us find it and surprised us with a nice bottle of champagne when we moved in.”
“Josh helped me sell my house in May. He was very helpful every step of the way. The San Francisco market was going through its normal gyrations at the time but Josh helped me navigate the ups and downs. He’s available virtually all the time and communicates by text, email and phone… whatever your preference and what’s appropriate for the situation. You’re in good hands. Don’t hesitate to contact Josh even if you’re not ready right now to buy or sell. He kept me informed about the SF market for close to a year before I pulled the trigger and listed my loft. He also has great connections for painting, movers, storage, etc. A 5-star experience!”
“When my husband and I decided to sell our home with Danielle Lazier of Climb she co-listed with her associate, Joshua Lawrence. Together they were able to get our house staged for sale and looking fantastic while sticking to our small budget. Joshua jumped in with great professionalism and creativity to get our house on the market quickly and with no detail overlooked. In the end, our house sold right away and for much more than we ever imagined thanks to Joshua, Danielle and the rest of the team at Climb!”
“When I sold my house in Chicago and moved here, I asked my broker then if she can refer me to someone in San Francisco. She said yes but it was taking her a while. Then came Joshua Lawrence whom I met serendipitously. Lots of anxiety on my part at the start because I don’t know this guy at all. But he came through with flying colors. He’s ever so patient, polite, considerate, very accommodating with my schedule, sensitive to your needs and an excellent negotiator on my behalf. He gives excellent advice and equally important for a buyer, he listens and understands you. I highly recommend Josh.”

What do you love about San Francisco real estate?
The fluidity of every transaction, as no two deals are the same. With different markets, property types, and clients, I learn something new every day.
