Katie is a Realtor and a licensed attorney in both California and Maryland. As a divorce litigator in her ‘former life,’ Katie has extensive experience with complex financial transactions.
Katie changed the focus of her career from getting clients divorced, to matchmaking clients with the home of their dreams. Katie’s focus as an attorney was providing extraordinary client service. She promises the same integrity and commitment to her current clients through the following:
- promptly returning phone calls and emails;
- listening to each and every word of a client’s questions and concerns;
- answering questions completely; and
- researching answers to questions she may not know the answer to.
Katie’s clients included real estate developers, bankers, investors, private equity partners, inventors, actresses, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs. She is able to effectively and strategically leverage the ever-changing San Francisco real estate market to maximize her client’s position in the market. Katie represents buyers and sellers of properties of all types and of all price points in San Francisco. Her sphere of knowledge and her client base across the City allows her to maintain a panoramic perspective of the market for her loyal clients.
No one will be more prepared or more motivated to get you your best deal than Katie. Her reputation means everything to her which means you can trust what she says and you can be confident she means what she says.
Katie lives in the Outer Sunset with her husband John, and their son Brooks. Katie and John own Cellars 33 Winery in Dogpatch and together they are very involved with SFMade (San Francisco Made), a non-profit organization promoting manufacturing of all things, including wine, in the City.
