Press Release: Climb Welcomes Top Producer Kendra Wall
“Kendra is amazing! She is everything you want your realtor to be. Kendra listened to what I was looking for, was extremely attentive, very kind, communicated very well, and showed she is very knowledgeable in this competitive market. Communication is very important in this hot market, and Kendra is very on top of it! Every step of the way Kendra was there to support me: not only to help lessen my anxiety, but also to explain the details of what I needed to close in a short amount of time. Now I have a place that I love that I can call home. And I thank Kendra deeply for that. I highly recommend her.”
“I worked with Kendra to purchase my residence in San Francisco. Kendra went above and beyond the call of duty to make the deal go through. It was nearly a six month process, and I have no doubt that most other agents would have given up somewhere along the process. But Kendra saw us through the ups and downs of a very complicated short-sale and along the way I built up a lot of trust in her abilities and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Kendra to anyone I know who is looking to buy a property in San Francisco, and if I’m ever in need of an agent again I know who to call. ”

“Kendra is a dedicated real-estate professional with good insights into the Northern California market. She does a great job in understanding the requirements and then identifying relevant and select opportunities that match the interests of investors/buyers. She also has the capability to perform detailed analysis when required. Excellent real-estate professional to work with.”

“Kendra helped my fiance and I find a home in the Bay Area. Her hard work and expertise allowed for us to purchase a great place in our desired neighborhood, below market value. Kendra’s ability to navigate the highly competitive and expensive Bay Area housing market is the only reason we own a home today. We tried other realtors and they did not have the know-how to get our offers accepted. We highly recommend her to anyone, but especially young people like us who were first-time buyers.”

“Kendra was my agent for the recent sale of our two units. From market timing and pricing to staging and reviewing offers, she was attuned to detail and confident about our decisions–she made a sometimes sticky process very easy. Since I’ve moved out of town, I’ve missed her and her command on the market place. I can highly recommend her to future clients wholeheartedly–she’s a great and trustworthy agent.”

A doer, a thinker, a dog lover, and an independent soul.
Buying my first place in Potrero Hill 5 years ago!
Finding the time.
The smell of Zazie outside my window in Cole Valley.
Taking the dog to the beach, going to brunch with my peeps, watching the 49ers or Broncos win a game, sushi at Moshi Moshi, and going to see a band at the Independent or the Fillmore.
Bussing tables at a local fried chicken restaurant in Colorado.
Keeping all the balls in the air without blinking an eye.
Cole Valley, Potrero Hill, and Dogpatch.
My first real estate home, and I am happy to be back.
What do you love about San Francisco real estate?
The best part of being in real estate is when we are at the title company and I feel the excitement for my client that a new chapter is beginning.
