Dubbed one of the Top Producing agents by Vanguard Properties’ prestigious Top 21 Club since 2008 and honored among San Francisco’s Top 100 since 2003, Kendra Wall has an impressive client list with sales of single-family homes, multi-family buildings, condos, TICs, and lofts. Her career started at Sotheby’s International Realty assisting in the sale and purchase of North Side communities such as Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, Russian Hill, Nob Hill and the Marina. Since moving to Vanguard Properties in the Mission District of San Francisco in 2007, she has brokered over $100 million in transactions in areas such as Mission Bay, SOMA, Potrero Hill, South Beach, Yerba Buena, Hayes Valley and The Mission.
During the financial downturn, Kendra emerged as a leader in REO and short sales. Working with asset managers and investors in both the acquisition and disposition of distressed properties, she was a valued resource to organizations including First Federal, One West, East West Bank,and the United States HUD. Kendra also worked extensively with individual property owners to successfully negotiate short sales and help her clients navigate the complicated short sale process with compassion ending in a successful outcome.
One of Kendra’s signature qualities is her directness in her approach. She believe that honesty with her clients is always the best policy. As your agent, she will help educate you on both the overall market condition as well as the smaller details of each property and neighborhood so you will make a wise investment as well as a fulfilling lifestyle choice.
A native of Denver, Colorado, Kendra received a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Arizona State University and a BA from DePauw University. She moved to San Francisco in 1999 and worked as a journalist covering venture capital and investment in the semiconductor industry. She started working as a real estate agent in 2003.
Kendra currently resides in Cole Valley and owns investment property in Potrero Hill. Since moving to San Francisco, she is a true neighborhood connoisseur and has resided in Lower Pacific Heights, Glen Park, Hayes Valley, the Lower Haight, Potrero Hill, and Alamo Square.
In her free time, she enjoys visiting San Francisco’s numerous live music venues; walking her dog in the numerous open spaces, parks, and paths in and around San Francisco; or checking out the newest brunch places in any of San Francisco’s amazing neighborhoods. Her current favorites are Plough in Potrero Hill and Just for You in Dogpatch.
