Kenneth is an Oakland native and four year veteran of the real estate industry. He got his start flipping houses, and has experience with investment, wealth management, and insurance claims negotiation.
Kenneth has been recognized as a top producer since receiving his license. He has worked hard to cultivate a strong reputation using the latest tech tools and forward-thinking marketing strategy.
He is also dedicated to giving his clients honest, direct feedback, and sparing them from the high-pressure sales tactics often employed by industry peers. He believes that being transparent and working in his client’s best interest is the only way to ensure a positive and rewarding experience.
His unique approach to real estate sales has rewarded him with a high volume of sales, numerous 5-star reviews, and the respect of his peers.
He is a graduate of Cal State Hayward, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. He served as the vice president for the Asian Real Estate Association in 2016, and has consistently performed as one of the top ten percent of East Bay realtors.
When not working with clients, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife Dora and dog Clover. He is an avid traveller, and he loves to snowboard, scuba dive, and play basketball and football.
