Agent Profile

Laura Pallin is a seasoned Senior Sales Associate and Top Producer with Climb Real Estate. The focus in her career is luxury condominium and single family homes across the city of San Francisco. She also provides residential leasing services for investors. Laura brings to her clients a full menu of skills, each attributing to her rewarding career in the real estate industry. She has been intent in the past twelve years on developing a solid foundation as a superior sales person with unwavering service to her clients. She is also an excellent administrator in database and time management, budgeting, marketing, and graphic design. Her focus and acquired talents are not only unique but have greatly attributed to her ongoing success and ability to take on any project and bring it over the finish line on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations.

The experience she acquired as a commercial leasing agent definitely helped fine-tune her overall project management abilities. Laura’s capacity to drive a large-scale project from beginning to end lends tremendous value when she is tasked with taking a home to market with a time-constrained target. Her clients are amazed by her ability to effectively juggle high demanding circumstances and yet still be able to provide the ultimate customer-centric service. Laura navigated through one of history’s most devastating economic downturns by providing the market insights needed by her clients so they could collaboratively determine the win-win approach to their negotiation strategies and close deals.

Whether buying, selling, leasing, or a combination of all three, Laura Pallin will be your go-to agent. With a passion for responsible development and a volunteer for the San Francisco Bay Bridge Branch of the U.S. Green Building Council, she is an agent who walks her talk.

Client Testimonials:

“Laura helped me with my first home purchase, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Laura is one of the most detail-oriented people that I have ever worked with, and is also excellent on communication. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes to hear back from an email, call, or text. At every step of the buying process, Laura was very prompt in updating me on what was happening, letting me know when there was any action required on my part. For every document that had signed in the buying process, Laura took her time to explain to me what the implications of signing were, and this was incredibly helpful for a first-time home buyer like me. For the property that I eventually purchased, there were a few complications in the process regarding getting all the disclosures lifted. Instead of having to deal with any of it myself, Laura took charge and spearheaded all conversations with the seller’s agent, updating me whenever there was progress happening. The amount of work that Laura put in makes it so clear that she genuinely cares about those that she works with and wants the buyer to be happy with their purchase. If you’re looking to purchase property in San Francisco, I cannot recommend Laura enough to be your agent. Her knowledge and experience of working with real estate in San Francisco will make an otherwise stressful experience a pleasant one.”

“I’ve engaged Laura Pallin for her broker services for the past year to lease our two-bedroom condo in San Francisco. Laura was referred to me from a colleague in CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), San Francisco chapter, a professional association of women leaders in real estate. My spouse and I have a unique situation, renting a furnished apartment for shorter-term rentals, three to six months. Laura has always come through with quality tenants. She is 100% responsive to our needs, even when we get picky regarding the parameters of the tenants. She is fair, reasonable and we trust her entirely, which is a lot to say in the super-hot real San Francisco real estate market. She is very patient and a straight-shooter. We had worked with one other broker apart from Laura whom we felt was always trying to manipulate the situation and pressure us. Laura, on the other hand, has great integrity. We feel so grateful to have encountered Laura and will, no doubt, work with her in a variety of capacities over the next few years. I highly recommend her!”

“It is with great pleasure that we write this letter to recommend the services of Laura Pallin. She made the process of purchasing our condominium in San Francisco painless as possible, even with the sellers living in another country. She always kept us informed and looked out for our best interest. We were able to do the majority of our corresponding through phone calls, emails, and Docusign, as we live two hours away. Her guidance throughout this process was invaluable; anyone doing business with Laura can rest assured that they will have a pleasant experience.”
