Linda’s goal as a realtor is to help her buyers find properties they are excited about and to help her sellers get top dollar for their properties. She loves the art of negotiation and likes walking away knowing she got her clients the most she could from every deal. She knows the ins and outs of real estate, which allows her to guide her clients in every step of a real estate transaction.
Linda has been passionate about real estate since she was a young girl when her parents would take her to open houses on Sundays. There was never any doubt in her mind that she would be working with real estate, whether as a real estate agent or as an investor, so she got her real estate license immediately after graduating from college. Today she is proud to say that she is both a realtor and an investor. Linda believes that real estate is an excellent medium for creating wealth, and she finds great satisfaction in helping her clients achieve their financial goals through real estate, whether she’s working with a first-time home buyer or an experienced real estate investor.
Linda’s friends, family, and past clients consider her a real estate resource because she always has a pulse on the market and is more than happy to share this knowledge with anyone in her sphere. Clients choose to work with Linda for her work ethic, experience, and expertise. Her ability to listen and understand her clients’ needs has allowed her to continuously achieve her clients’ goals and exceed their expectations. She is resourceful and personable and understands the nuances of collaborative teamwork between agent and client.
Having lived in the Bay Area since the age of 6, Linda is proud to work and live in the wonderful community she grew up in. She’s lived in Marin, Contra Costa, Alameda, and Solano County at different points in her life, which makes her very knowledgeable about the entire Bay Area. She feels very fortunate to be able to call the Bay Area her home and is constantly finding ways to learn more about it. In her free time, you will find Linda traveling, enjoying new restaurants around the Bay Area, hiking the beautiful trails that Northern California has to offer, or attending local events with friends and family.
