San Francisco native and resident Monica Burns comes from an entire family entrenched in the real estate industry. Real estate is in Monica’s blood. After graduating from UC Santa Cruz, Monica spent many weekends with her parents holding open houses all over the City, from Nob Hill to Noe Valley. As an adult, Monica committed to pursue real estate as her passion and profession. Monica brings this enthusiasm and commitment to everything she does when working for her clients.
In 2004, Monica joined Pacific Marketing Associates (PMA), one of the Bay Area’s leading providers of sales and marketing services for urban residential real estate developers. During her tenure at PMA, Monica sold over 1,000 homes working on such projects as 88 Townsend and 199 New Montgomery in San Francisco and numerous developments in the East and South Bay. Monica has managed several sales teams in new construction communities, driving unprecedented growth in ever-evolving markets.
Not only does Monica have an innate knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area neighborhoods and ever-changing real estate markets, she understands firsthand the sense of reward that comes along with owning a home and living in San Francisco. Monica brings a unique perspective from both sides of the business, as she has bought and sold her own home in San Francisco.
Monica consistently exceeds her client’s expectations by facilitating smooth transactions, whether it be new construction or resale. Monica’s first priority is to bring her clients ultimate satisfaction throughout the entire process of buying or selling one’s home. When she’s not busy advocating for her clients and helping make their dreams become reality, Monica enjoys the outdoors and exercising: running, hiking, playing tennis, and skiing. She currently resides in Diamond Heights where she enjoys stunning views of downtown and the bay from her living room.
