Noah was born in St Thomas USVI, moved to Massachusetts, and eventually found his stride in the Bay Area. After completing his BA in Anthropology at the University of California, Berkeley , he began to build up experience in home improvement and renovation, property staging, and moving.
Noah began his real estate career as an assistant to East Bay top producer Rick Richetta, and quickly developed a reputation for being a hardworking, sociable, motivated, and optimistic real estate professional. After working with Rick for a year and a half, Noah started to develop a client list and seek his own business.
In his free time, Noah enjoys playing basketball, boating, fishing, and traveling, but his number one passion is real estate.
“I have known Noah for many years now, and he has my full trust. Other than the fact that he is one of the most punctual and organized people I know, Noah is the type of person who never makes excuses and always follows through on everything he takes on.”
“I’ve known Noah Matthew since he moved into a student housing co-op I was managing in 2015. In that time, he has demonstrated an incredible work ethic. Our students have to contribute work towards the house, and Noah went above and beyond by volunteering to be a head cook. Not only was he completing the base hours, he was taking a leadership position and directing a crew. Additionally, Noah took the time to hold a couple real estate interest workshops for our housemates to attend and learn more about the field he is dedicated to.
