Robert is one of those rare agents who started and succeeded when the industry was in a downturn. Instead of holding off and waiting to “chase the market,” Robert foresaw a great opportunity and took advantage of it. With a keen eye for building value, he worked at a firm that purchased and rehabilitated foreclosed homes. There he honed his skills in project management, property research, the rehabilitation process, and real estate finance.
After several years of successfully managing these projects, Robert realized that what enjoyed even more was working with clients and helping them to achieve their real estate dreams and goals. Robert’s knowledge base and skills developed at his previous firm have proven valuable for his clients as he utilizes that knowledge to thoughtfully advise his clients and successfully negotiate on their behalf.
Robert loves to learn and is constantly looking for new and better ways to service his clients. With tools like social media and his keen eye for aesthetics, he increases his ability to market his client’s homes successfully and get multiple offers.
Robert joined Climb Real Estate because it allows him combine all his knowledge and experience and have access to cutting-edge marketing and online tools, which in the end, allows him to continue to provide the highest-quality service to his clients.
Fun facts: Robert mines the best the East Bay has to offer when he has some downtime. He is very active in the outdoors, with hobbies such as golfing and hiking, and recently can often be found at Tilden Park. A self-proclaimed foodie, he is always on the hunt for the latest and greatest culinary experience; current favorites include the Cheese Board, Gregoire, and Sliver. Robert has a BS from Weber State where he played football on scholarship.
