Scott Lake has nurtured a passion for real estate since childhood. He comes from a real estate family and grew up going to open houses with his mother, who is a broker in California’s Central Valley.
Since calling San Francisco home many years ago, Scott has gained deep insights and knowledge about many of its vibrant neighborhoods including Downtown, SOMA, and Mission Bay. He focuses on condos and new developments.
Through his outstanding relationships with a network of agents and new development sales teams, he can offer his buyers a vast set of options, including access to an ever-changing list of off-market opportunities. He strives to match his clients with the right properties at the right price.
For Scott, real estate is about genuinely understanding the needs and desires of his clients when searching for or selling their home. His greatest satisfaction is negotiating the best outcome for them and maximizing the value of their investment.
In his prior experiences, Scott worked in two school districts with children and their families. He understands the importance of finding the right community or neighborhood and loves working with a diverse clientele.
Scott has a great sense of design, architecture, and style and excels at imagining the true potential of properties that others might overlook. Always keeping his pulse on the fast-moving San Francisco market, he is committed to leveraging his connections and many years of sales experience to help his clients find the best properties for their personal enjoyment or investment strategy.
