Lotto machine operator, while standing on a milk crate in my preschool uniform at my parents' coffee shop.

Super Hero Power:
One windy day, while sailing the treacherous seas, I saved my niece from falling head-first off of the bow of an old, battered ship into the cold, deep waters... at the playground. If you fall, I will be there to catch you.

Inspiration:
My mom and dad, who risked their lives on a journey to America, with nothing but the clothes on their back and 3 small children, then making the American Dream a reality.

Tina is a consummate professional. Before we arrived from Chicago, she spoke with us by phone, listened to what we were looking for, and had us prepare a packet with credit and financial data that she assured us would let condo owners know we were serious about leasing. Right before our trip, Tina provided by email a detailed itinerary with extensive property information for the condos we would be seeing. All of this pre-trip help allowed us to arrive in San Francisco with a specific idea of what we were looking for in a property. Moving from New York to San Francisco, I was overwhelmed with the process of trying to figure out where to live from 2,500 miles away. Due to the demands of my job (which is the reason for my move), I only had 3 days to try and find an apartment. Tina was great at understanding what I was looking for, gave me a variety of listings ahead of time, and made the apartment-search easy! In addition, as we were looking, she gave great advice on how to negotiate with the agents. When it came time to make a decision (for me it was between two very different apartments), she was a good sounding board in helping me make my choice. As there was a significant price difference between the two apartments, she didn’t push for me to take the more expensive apartment (so she could make more from the rental). I would definitely recommend Tina to anyone looking for an apartment in San Francisco and I can’t thank her enough for her help!
