Climb co-founder and top producer Mark Choey will be participating in The Registry’s next 2012 Webinar Series: Home Values and the New Corporate Campus. The webcast will focus on the growing popularity of major technology companies, such as Apple, setting up large campus type work spaces and how it will affect on the real estate market. Mark will be joined by other experts in this field such as Mark Gissler, of Intero Real Estate Services in Cupertino and will be hosted by The Registry’s Editor-in-Cheif Sharon Simonson.

Climb’s Co-founder, Mark Choey, was quoted in The Registry, The Bay Area Real Estate Journal.

In an interview following the event, Mark Choey, a cofounder and partner at Climb Real Estate Group in the city, agreed. “Developers are always trying to find empty parking lots or buildings to convert to another use, either offices or residential,” he said. Whether a site is suitable for housing or offices varies depending on the developer, market conditions and the nature of its location. The analysis is very site specific.

Applegate Tran, headed by Gioi Tran and Vernon Applegate, designed an award-winning design that captured both the essence of the residential brokerage and the urban cityscape. With just three weeks, Gioi Tran created an architectual structure that was an absolute masterpiece with seating for 10 guests.
