Darcy Algeo joins Climb Real Estate Group as a Senior Sales Associate.  Darcy focuses on the relocation clients, rentals, and listings of Climb's exclusive properties.  From condos and lofts, to single family homes, TIC's and multi-unit buildings, Darcy provides an excellent resource to owners, investors, prospective tenants and sellers looking for strategic marketing and expertise in this competitive marketplace.

Darcy draws from her 7 year history as one of San Francisco's most accomplished real estate agents.  Prior to joining Climb Real Estate Group, Darcy worked as Sales Associate at The Mark Company, where he operational strength is realized through a host of sales-related services, including comprehensive sales strategy, contract negotiation and execution, prospect management, and weekly reporting systems, aswell as broker and lender outreach programs.  She sold over 500 new homes at Arterra, The Potrero, and The Lansing.  She was also a Sales Agent with Frank Howard Allen's #1 Marin County office in Greenbrae.

Patient, intuitive and communicative, she draws upon her business savvy, interpersonal flair and market expertise to walk clients through every step of a property sale.  Her four year experience under the tutelage of George Lucas proved invaluable to the ILM Commercial Department.

A native San Franciscan, her family has a long legacy of home ownership being the last ranch owners in the city.  While family resides in Marin County, she is a proud home owner in Rincon Hill at 50 Lansing with her English Bulldog, Janet, who is named after the first woman Attorney General of the United States of America.  Darcy is also an accomplished snowboarder and runner having recently completed the New York City marathon.
