Experienced in good markets and bad, from short sales to auctions and mortgage financing to refi's, he utilizes a broad skill set to thoroughly assess the circumstances and relative affordability of transactions. His dedicated presentation and negotiation skills ensure his sellers accomplish their sales under the most favorable conditions.

In 2005, Joshua founded an independent brokerage in Huntington Beach which focused on buyer representation. Prior to that, he worked for 7 years in mortgage lending, placing hundreds of loans and over $60m in commercial and residential loan transactions with Finance Direct, in Irvine,CA. He received his Bachelors degree in Political Science, and a minor in Philosophy, from the California State University, Fullerton. He has traveled throughout Europe, North and South America and enjoys cooking, wine tasting, and snowboarding in Lake Tahoe.
