Dirk Kinley, Senior Broker Associate

Dirk Kinley has over 10 years real estate experience and over 15 years
of investment finance experience. He has actively invested in
properties, designed and overseen the renovation of homes and acted as
a property manager all of which allows him to view real estate with a
unique understanding of the possibility that each home affords. Dirk
is a Senior Broker Associate at Climb Real Estate Group where he
focuses on helping clients refine and match their lifestyle objectives
with real estate investment goals.

Dirk has experience as a senior product manager in charge of
investment portfolio management software at ConvergEx Group. Before
ConvergEx he worked in private equity services with Banc of America
Securities. Prior to Banc of America Securities he was an equity
research associate at Stein Roe & Farnham. Dirk received a Bachelor's
degree from the University of Richmond, MBA in Marketing and Finance
from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering from
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
