Michelle Balog and Darcy Algeo at EARN’S Annual Welcome Home Breakfast

November 4, 2011

EARN’s newest home owner, Helena, was honored at this
breakfast. She grew up in a group home for foster kids, and she dreamed
of a home of her own. Now she’s a mom — and a foster mom, too. One day
she found an eviction notice on the door. The landlord had lost the
house. "I was so afraid we’d be homeless. But EARN gave me hope again,"
she says. With EARN’s help, she purchased the real home she always
dreamed of for her family.  Congratulations to the entire EARN team,
auxillary members, and Helena!

Come join Climb in supporting EARN

November 4, 2011

They raised an amazing $41,370 at the event this morning
– way over their $25,000 target! Even better, this puts them at a total of
$109,520 towards their ambitious goal of $250,000 by January 15th. EARN won a federal grant of $250,000 — but only
if they can raise $250,000 to match it. So every dollar you give by
January 15th means half a million dollars for EARN families!

Please take the time to donate securely online right now (www.earn.org/givenow). You can also send a check to EARN at 235 Montgomery St., Suite 470, SF 94104.

712 Castro Featured in the SF Examiner

November 4, 2011

Perched on the Liberty Hill,
this lovely home provides close proximity to both Noe
Valley and the Castro village. With its historic Victorian façade, once
inside the home enters the 21st Century with a modern kitchen, bathroom,
and outdoor decks.  Fortunately, all the beautiful details have been
lovingly retained including the parlor’s wallpaper, fireplace, staircase
railings, stained glass windows, working pocket doors, and ornate crown
moldings.  Characteristic high ceilings, bay windows, tall doorways and
beautiful reclaimed fir wood floors blend with ultra-contemporary
conveniences for today’s lifestyle.

FHA Financing Makes It Easy To Purchase Now!

November 4, 2011

Here is what a buyer had to say about the seminar:

Tim Cole : "The information I got from today’s program was eye opening. I
didn’t dream I could own my place with less than $15,000 out of pocket,
and a payment nearly the same as my current rent!"

For more information on new homes at Symphony Towers and FHA financing, stop by their sales office.

They are 90% sold out and these terms won’t last forever.

Climb Real Estate Group’s Jessie Lee supports the “Doctors to Haiti” Fundraiser

November 4, 2011

JIA is a non-profit Christian relief organization.  Just five days
after the earthquake in Haiti, JIA was in Haiti beginning its relief
efforts.  At the time of this writing, JIA’s president, Jesse Mendoza,
is in Haiti again, continuing this organization’s work.  In addition
to disaster relief, JIA focuses on humanitarian development, building
schools and orphanages around the world in countries that desperately
need them.

For their August 13 mission, Jessie Lee is committed to raising the
funds necessary to enable these doctors and volunteers to safely get
to Haiti, take the supplies they need to do their job most
efficiently, help as many Haitians as possible get back to good health
and safe surroundings — and return home safely.  Several of the ten
people on this trip are going for the second time because they have
seen firsthand the devastating conditions that the Haitians are
enduring due to the disaster that unexpectedly struck and demolished
the capital, Port-au-Prince and its surroundings.

Please join Jessie for the fundraiser on August 7th, and together,
let’s send the help they need.  It’s a daunting effort, and this may
be but a drop in the bucket — but we have to start somewhere.  Our
mission for the evening is to raise $20,000 for Jordan International
Aid, and with your help — we WILL be successful in reaching this goal,
if not exceeding it by far, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors
and friends.

If you’d like to learn more about how you can help or for information
about the fundraiser starting at 8:30 PM on Saturday, August 7th at
the fabulous 111 Minna, located at 111 Minna St, San Francisco, CA,
please contact Jessie Lee directly at jessie@climbSF.com.  You can
also learn more about the organization and it’s efforts at
http://www.doctorstohaiti.org.
