Elizabeth Kim, also known as Liz to her friends or Lizzy to her family, has devoted her life to helping people fulfill their dreams. Hyperbole? Not at all. For over 10 years, Liz worked for a leading reproductive technology company, working with couples and helping them to become families. She now brings that same passion and dedication to helping with their real estate needs. “The city of San Francisco offers unmatched natural beauty and quality of life,” says Liz. “It’s home to some of the world’s most distinctive architecture, from old Victorian homes to modern and innovative green buildings. Clearly, it is one of the most desirable places to live in this country. I’m honored and blessed to be in this position where I can help people find a home, and help home sellers navigate the waters, in the most amazing city in the U.S.”
A natural problem solver and true people person, Liz is committed to making the leasing process as time and cost-efficient as possible. At the same time, Elizabeth focuses on developing a superior lessor/lessee relationship that will guarantee long-term benefits and limit risks for all parties involved. Elizabeth prides herself on remaining calm in a storm and for coming up with creative solutions. The process of renting a property and finding solid tenants shouldn’t be an unpleasant experience; you can count on Elizabeth for hand-holding and gentle guidance through every step of the way.
Elizabeth is also a strong believer in treating the planet with the same care she treats people. “San Francisco is one of the nation’s leaders in green building, proving that it is not just a trend or a fad but necessary to improve the quality of life for future generations,” she says. Elizabeth strives to integrate the principles of sustainable living into her career, whether it is educating others on renovations for existing homes or recognizing green features in a home that may positively influence the market value of the property. Liz is eco-green certified and a member of US Green Building Council.
You’ll find her to be educated and informed about the San Francisco rental/real estate market, including Fair Housing and occupancy standards; willing and able to provide direction, advice and referrals as needed, but also respectful and committed to acting with integrity and honesty. Above all, you will find her to be responsive to your individual needs and desires. If you own property and are thinking of renting it, Elizabeth can help assure that you will maximize your profits while limiting your risks. Together with the Climb Real Estate Group team, Elizabeth has the resources and skills to attract top quality tenants that will maintain the worth of your real estate investment property. She’s here to help!
Balancing life and work is important to Liz’s success. You can find her on the Bay paddling with the Tamalpais Outrigger Canoe Club every Saturday and several times during the week. She also enjoys hooping it up to house music or supporting her San Francisco Giants team.
I cannot say enough wonderful, amazing things about Elizabeth. I have used Elizabeth’s services for the past three renters for my loft and I could not be happier with her. She partners with you and makes you feel as if you are her #1 client. She really knows the rental market in San Francisco and offers very sound advice. I highly recommend Elizabeth’s services and will not lease my loft unless she is handling the transaction. -P. Shields 1310 Minnesota Street #203
