As a military dependant, Evan Bliss has traveled and lived in many parts of the world. Working in the airline industry, his wanderlust and desire to learn about new cultures and people continued for over 10 years. When it was time to settle down, he chose to make the San Francisco Bay Area his permanent home.
After graduating from the University of the Incarnate Word, Evan pursued his passion for marketing and advertising. By carefully and thoughtfully helping each of his clients reach and exceed their goals, he believes that what sets him apart from other real estate agents is his desire for the highest level of customer care. Having worked in the service industry, Evan sees the opportunity for each new buyer or seller as an opportunity for a lifelong relationship.
Evan has an always-present and ever-growing passion for architecture and design. For the last few years, Evan has brought his sales and marketing experience along with his internet savvy to the business of buying and selling homes.
These diverse work experiences, combined with his specific skills for achieving successful results for clients while recognizing the importance of strict confidentiality, have helped to prepare Evan for the challenges of today’s demanding real estate market. What drives Evan the most is his ability to assist clients to fulfill their dreams.
“Evan helped me find my first home with my husband last summer. As with most first-time home buyers, my expectations were high with a long list of ‘needs.’ I’ve lived in San Francisco for almost 10 years as a renter, and know most neighborhoods well. We knew exactly where we wanted to be and what sort of lifestyle we were looking for. As many San Franciscians know, the neighborhood in which you reside shapes your daily routines, social life, and health habits. Evan understood what we were looking for and even helped us further shape our needs as we went through each listing he found for us. In the end, Evan helped us get into a new development with a long waitlist. He tirelessly followed up with the sellers each week as we continued our search in parallel. At the 11th hour, when we were ready to make an offer on another property, he reminded us of the waitlist property and suggested that he check on our status one last time before submitting. I don’t know how he did it, but that same day we were told that we got picked from the waitlist. Thanks to Evan, we are in our dream home!”

“Thanks for your help and hard work in the past two months. Literally, you work 24 hours a day. So you are always there when we need you, even at midnight. We really appreciate it. We are so happy working with you. Thank you! :)”

“Evan has a passion for San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area, a passion for real estate, and a passion for connecting individuals, couples, and families to their next home. He is–in short–the ideal agent. Evan is a consultant in the process, seeking to learn more about me before showing properties, and his knowledge about San Francisco and the nuances of the housing market therein allowed him to truly customize the search; this empathy and education I particularly appreciated, being new to the Bay Area. I look forward to continuing to work with Evan, and would recommend him without hesitation to others seeking a new home in metro San Francisco and the surrounding communities.”

“We worked with Evan when looking for a home to buy in the Bay Area. Although we originally looked in East Bay, we found a place in Foster City that we really liked. We purchased the house while we were on vacation in Hawaii. It was really nice that Evan is completely set up to work with clients remotely and in different time zones. Almost all of our documents were signed electronically, making the whole process very smooth. Overall, we are really happy we worked with Evan. Home buying can be fun and frustrating at the same time. Evan made the the whole process easy.”

“Evan and Gregg helped my wife and I to find our new home. I can literally say that we never would have found our place without them. Evan is relentless and seems to be working around the clock on your behalf. Evan works closely with Gregg Onzo and the two couldn’t complement each other any better. Gregg is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and provides a level of comfort throughout the process. Evan and Gregg were very attentive and listened to our ‘must haves.’ They vetted each and every property we visited in advance to validate it was a good fit before visiting.
“A new home search can be an exhausting and emotional journey. We always felt taken care of with Evan and Gregg. They made the process of finding our new home an enjoyable one while offering expert advice along the way. I would recommend Evan and Gregg to anyone looking for a home in the Bay Area. They provide a level of service that was simply absent in my previous real estate transactions.”

“Evan did a great job representing a buyer for whom I provided financing. Throughout the process he was helpful and professional. He had a very thorough understanding of what I required in order to do my job with the greatest efficiency, and he assisted me in making it come together.”

What do you love about San Francisco?
The city's easy way of accepting every different personality and culture. The city has a "why would you want to blend in when you were born to stand out" attitude, and I love it.
