Gertrude has been a real estate licensee for over 15 years and has been a broker for 8 years. She’s a second-generation real estate broker who owns and manages her own properties. She has represented buyers and sellers of single family homes and of residential multi-unit properties of up to 20 units and has the expertise in IRS 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Not only does she have experience and knowledge in the real estate industry, she also keeps herself abreast of market trends and evolving city ordinances, so she's able to guide and advise her clients wisely and effectively.

Before becoming a real estate consultant, Gertrude was a Development Analyst and Project Manager for Transamerica where she learned the daunting process of real estate development and polished her skills in investment analysis.

Gertrude has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with an emphasis in Accounting.
