Gertrude’s commitment to you: buying and selling a home is one of the most important financial and emotional decisions you will ever make, so I can appreciate the magnitude of what is entrusted to me. Real estate transactions have become such a complex process so I know it is crucial to be your competent adviser, tenacious negotiator and staunch advocate. My clients have reaffirmed their trust by referring me to their family and friends and for this, I am immeasurably grateful.
Gertrude has done a fabulous job on the sale of my condo unit. She engaged and managed a variety of personnel to handle complex tasks, including a general contractor and designer, and effectively interacted with these individuals as well as with condo association management, and other building owners to carry out the required work. Her communication has been excellent, which has been particularly important since I live out of state. She has exceptional knowledge and expertise of local disclosures, required inspections and related details necessary to list my unit. It has been a pleasure to work with Gertrude and I would recommend her to anyone needing a real estate professional.
—D. Young, Professor at UNLV (Seller)
Gertrude is professional, intelligent, and highly capable. Her attention to detail and high energy helped make my first home purchase smooth and headache-free. My good friend recommended Gertrude to me and now I’ve recommended her to many of my friends. Everyone who works with Gertrude comes away smiling with a bagful of compliments about her abilities and personality.
—S. Morris, Attorney-at-law (Buyer)
I have done two large transactions (20 units and 3 units) with Gertrude — one purchase and one sale. I also referred a friend to her. In all three cases, I have been very impressed. Gertrude keeps the parties involved and informed, focuses on all the details, and keeps the transaction running smoothly.
—J. Murray, Former President of Bank of America Leasing (Buyer & Seller)
