Marcella began working as a resident manager at 2360 Pacific Avenue to help pay her way through school. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. What began as a fascination with architecture grew into a passion for real estate and creating a sense of community. In 2003, she obtained her Broker License.
Her career approach looked at the big picture; she continued her education receiving additional designations: CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager), High Rise Fire Safety Inspector, and NERT (Neighborhood Emergency Response Team). She prides herself on being a safety girl and her mantra is “no one gets hurt on my watch”.
Prior to joining Climb, Marcella worked in property management for the past 15 years, including four years at Titan Management Group and two years as the General Manager of The Metropolitan, a 345-unit high-rise in the Rincon Hill area of San Francisco. Having prepared annual budgets and assisted with preparing reserve studies, she understands that purchasing a property is more than just buying a home; it is a financial investment that should be chosen with care.
In 2012, Marcella received a trophy from the SF Apartment Association and a Certificate of Recognition from the California Legislature Assembly, honoring her exemplary performance and leadership in support of the efforts to assist, inform and educate property owners and promote good relations within the industry.
Her extensive experiences with condominium high-rises make her a great fit on the Climb team. Instilled in her is the importance of thorough research and taking care of her clients.
Fluent in Spanish, Marcella loves Latin music and culture; she is an accomplished dressmaker and aspiring fashion designer.
