Chris Lim serves as Climb Real Estate Group's Managing Director and Founder.  He is responsible for overseeing all the marketing, advertising, and store design.  With his team, he also serves as Creative Director for all the integrated marketing efforts including corporate image, advertising campaigns, and promotions.

Formerly a top producing real estate agent, Chris now devotes his time to building and growing Climb Real Estate Group.  Together with his business partners, he is building a successful real estate practice based in San Francisco's Design Center.  Past clients are now served by his capable team led by Senior Broker Associate Dirk Kinley.

With ten years marketing experience, Chris Lim has extensive experience in both traditional direct and e-marketing. As a advertising executive at Grey Direct San Francisco, he supervised the strategy, creative development, execution, and analysis of a wide variety of successful marketing communications programs for Global 500 technology companies such as Oracle, Hewlett Packard, and Compaq. Before coming to Grey, Chris was a key player in entrepreneurial and corporate projects for companies such as Bank of America, LVHM, United Distillers and Vintners, and Fuji Securities.

Chris Lim's success in the real estate industry has been recognized by a number of awards including:  #1 Company Agent, Top 21 Agent, Sales Leader, Top 15 Producer, and Rookie of the Year.

A native of New Jersey, he vowed to move to San Francisco upon his very first visit in 1994.  He has since lived in Twin Peaks, Van Ness Corridor, Cow Hollow, The Panhandle, Diamond Heights, Noe Valley, SOMA, South Beach, and currently Buena Vista Park.  He has extensive experience buying and renovating properties in San Francisco for investment.
