"Like the other reviewers have mentioned, Mark is an excellent real estate agent that specialzes in the SOMA/South Beach area. We utilized Mark's service when we sold our condo (@ 88 Townsend) in October. Prior to listing officially on MLS, Mark provided a thorough overview of market conditions and brought in a number of resources (including the opinions of other top agents from his firm) to provide us the best insight on pricing our home. In addition, he had an eye for staging us with 'just the right amount' of our own furnishings.
